Bearing structure
The bearing structure is obtained by combining thin cross-sections and steel tubes. The metals are protected from oxidation and are durable due to the high quality steel used which also has greater strength than conventional heavy profile types.
External and internal wall coating
Internally O.S.B. sheets are used and externally a dry wall system is used. Coating materials such as plasterboard and oriented strand boards O.S.B. have specific properties in accordance to European standards and are accompanied by the appropriate credentials.
Exterior Plaster surfaces
The use of readymade mortar on the exterior of buildings constitutes the best insulation against weather conditions. Unlike traditional mortar, the "ready-made" plaster ensures consistency in the composition of the material, which is determined by the production company. Also the presence of additives provides elasticity and durability in difficult conditions.
Renovation-thermal facades
